Senior Market Researcher / Product Lead

Diwa AI is a fast-growing research-tech startup building the future of large-scale quantitative and qualitative research. We develop AI-native tools that empower researchers to gather deeper, faster, and more reliable data. 

We are looking for a
Senior Market Researcher

who can lead end-to-end studies and also collaborate with our product/engineering team to shape the next generation of AI-powered research tools.

Key Responsibilities

A. End-to-End Market Research


• Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects from design/proposal, data gathering and analysis to reporting (ownership of every step).


• Design quantitative and qualitative studies, use research software, and plan project timelines.


• Supervise fieldwork, data processing, and quality checks.


• Analyze both quant and qual data and produce actionable, strategic insights.

B. Product & AI Development Collaboration


• Work with our product and engineering team to help guide research-related product features.


• Convert research workflows into product requirements (for devs).


• Test and evaluate new AI interviewer and analysis features.

C. Client & Account Leadership


• Manage and grow key client accounts.


• Identify client needs and recommend research solutions.


• Present insights and participate in strategic discussions with stakeholders.

D. Internal Leadership


• Mentor junior researchers and coordinate cross-team workflow.


• Improve internal SOPs and research quality standards.

Qualifications


• 6–10+ years in market research (qual/quant).


• Strong end-to-end project management capability.


• Excellent communication and analysis skills.


• Experience collaborating with product/tech teams is a plus.


• Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and innovation-driven.


• Can operate independently.

You will be working directly with the CEO and our Director of Business Development.
