Ever Lasting is a design led home decor and bedding brand built around calm, intentional visuals and thoughtful storytelling. We use AI to support our creative work, scale product imagery, and improve consistency across campaigns.

We are hiring an AI Prompting Assistant who can help adapt and refine prompts for both product listings and creative campaign needs. You will work closely with our creative team to translate visual references and direction into clear, consistent AI outputs.

This is a support role. You are not expected to build advanced systems from scratch. Your focus is on execution, refinement, and careful documentation.

The Role

You will work with pre built prompt templates and visual references to generate clean, realistic AI images for product listings and seasonal campaigns. You will also support teammates who need help formatting, refining, or troubleshooting prompts.

Your work helps the team move faster with AI while keeping outputs visually aligned with Ever Lasting's style.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Support

Adapt existing prompts for new products, bedding sets, lifestyle environments, and fabric detail shots

Run prompt iterations to match lighting, mood, and material accuracy

Organize and label outputs clearly for upload

Creative Campaign Support

Use provided references and templates to generate seasonal visual variations

Help teammates refine prompts for storytelling or campaign needs

Clean up or reformat prompts to improve consistency and clarity

Documentation, Prompt & Results Data Bank

Record the final prompt used for each task

Note important adjustments or variations that improved results

Save selected outputs and corresponding prompts into the shared prompt and results data bank

Label entries clearly so prompts and outputs can be easily reused by the team

Track which prompts perform best and flag issues or inconsistencies early

Accuracy and clarity matter more than volume. The goal is to build a reusable internal library that improves speed and consistency over time.

Tools & Experience

We are looking for someone who has experience with:


• Gemini image generation


• Nano Banana or similar product photo tools


• Other AI image tools

Helpful background:


• Interest in product photography or design


• Basic understanding of lighting, composition, and materials


• Comfort following detailed creative direction

You do not need to be a senior AI engineer or advanced prompt designer. You need to be consistent, detail oriented, and willing to learn quickly.
