
Member Relations Assistant

The Member Relations Specialist is responsible for managing the membership process, conducting marketing efforts, orienting prospective members on the cooperative's products and services, and addressing member concerns. This role requires excellent communication and marketing skills, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional service to our members.
Key Functions:
1. Membership Management:
- Handle the membership application process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the database.
2. Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new members.
- Promote the cooperative's products and services
3. Orientation:
- Conduct orientations for prospective members to educate them about the cooperative's products, services, and benefits.
4. Member Support:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist members with account updates, renewals, and cancellations.
- Investigate and resolve member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members to foster loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular outreach to members to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and participate in member events, meetings, and activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php13,500.00 per month
