The Customer Relations In-Charge (CRI) is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and managing customer-related concerns within the store. This role focuses on delivering a positive dining experience, maintaining strong customer engagement, and supporting sales through front-counter service excellence, effective communication, and coordination with store operations.

The CRI acts as the frontline ambassador of the brand by ensuring that all guests are attended to promptly, courteously, and professionally while upholding company standards in service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Purpose of the Role

  • To provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction through effective handling of concerns and proactive engagement.
  • To support store operations by assisting in counter service, dining management, and promotional activities.
  • To help achieve store targets in FSC (Food, Service, Cleanliness) ratings, sales, and customer satisfaction scores.

Main Responsibilities1. Customer Service & Engagement

  • Greets customers and assists them with orders courteously.
  • Ensures customer needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Handles customer feedback, concerns, and inquiries, escalating to the Shift Manager when necessary.
  • Monitors dining area and provides assistance to guests.

2. Front Counter Operations

  • Takes and processes customer orders accurately.
  • Maintains speed of service standards.
  • Ensures product knowledge and upselling techniques are applied.

3. Dining Area Management

  • Ensures the dining area is clean, organized, and customer-ready.
  • Assists with tray clearing, table wiping, and guest seating during peak hours.
  • Oversees the overall dining ambiance and customer flow.

4. Customer Satisfaction Monitoring

  • Supports achievement of high Mystery Shopper and CSC ratings.
  • Observes customer behavior and identifies service improvement opportunities.
  • Assists in implementing service rituals and customer delight initiatives.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Works closely with kitchen, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicates customer requests, special orders, and service issues clearly and promptly.

Job Qualifications

  • At least with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related courses
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
