  • Serve as the primary contact for CRM (Corporate Relationship Management) accounts, responding to buyer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and providing accurate information to support informed decision-making.
  • Resolve buyer complaints and requests at first contact when possible, or coordinate with relevant departments to address concerns within the appropriate response time; document all cases in SRMS.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the Customer Relations Supervisor and Manager to improve processes and enhance the customer experience; assist in developing customer retention strategies.
  • Communicate with buyers regarding key milestones throughout the homeownership journey.
  • Support the Sales Operations Group (SOG) by collecting missing initial information and requirements for timely account endorsement.
  • Assist Sales Site Officers with buyer inquiries and needs during assignments at Project Sales and Marketing Site Offices, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course
  • Professional Experience: With at least 3 years' experience in customer service and housing loan application process from a real estate or lending institution
  • Knowledge: Customer Service Expertise/Housing loan application process
