Who You Are

The Zoho One Systems Specialist is responsible for improving, implementing, and managing system integrations across the company's digital ecosystem. This role will ensure that Zoho serves as the operational hub—eliminating redundancy, streamlining workflows, and integrating seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Dropbox, WordPress, and other platforms.

The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in Zoho One (especially CRM, Creator, Flow, Projects, and Campaigns), can code custom solutions, and understands how to build workflows that reflect business operations in lending, real estate, or financial services.

What You'll Do1. System Architecture & Integration

• Design and maintain a cohesive Zoho One environment that functions as a unified business management system.
• Integrate Zoho with Microsoft 365, Dropbox, WordPress, and other tools to ensure real-time data synchronization and eliminate duplicate entry.
• Use Zoho Flow, API integrations, and custom scripts (Deluge or equivalent) to connect data and automate multi-step processes.

• Map current systems and identify opportunities for consolidation or process improvement.

• Development & Implementation

• Build and customize applications in Zoho Creator, forms, and dashboards to support internal workflows (e.g., loan tracking, construction draws, fund reporting).

• Develop and maintain automated processes for document management, approvals, notifications, and reporting.
• Create and manage Zoho Campaigns integrations for marketing automation and lead tracking.

• Collaborate with leadership to scope, test, and roll out new tools, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.

• Process Improvement & Best Practices

• Evaluate existing workflows and identify redundancies, overlaps, and inefficiencies.

• Recommend and implement best practices to simplify processes and improve user experience.
• Standardize system usage across departments to promote consistency, accuracy, and accountability.

• Maintain documentation of workflows, data maps, and process changes.

• Reporting, Analytics & User Support

• Develop dashboards and reports across Zoho apps for portfolio, marketing, and operational visibility.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Train and support team members on Zoho tools, new features, and workflow updates.
• Provide proactive recommendations based on data and system usage patterns.

What We're Looking For​​​​​​​​​​​​

• 4+ years of advanced experience in Zoho One administration and development (CRM, Creator, Flow, Projects, Campaigns, Analytics, Books, Desk, etc.).
• Proven ability to code and customize workflows using Deluge, APIs, or other scripting tools.
• Experience integrating Zoho with Microsoft 365, Dropbox, and third-party systems.
• Understanding of business processes within real estate, private lending, or finance preferred.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• WordPress and Elementor experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php110,000.00 per month
