Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

We're looking for a proactive and driven Virtual Assistant to support our Australia-based client with day-to-day operations and business development tasks. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently and take initiative without the need for micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize calendar and scheduling activities
  • Conduct event and market research
  • Perform B2B and B2C lead generation
  • Handle LinkedIn outreach and CRM tracking
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
  • Someone passionate, purpose-driven, and eager to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience in lead generation or LinkedIn outreach is a plus

Work Details:

  • Start: ASAP
  • Hours: ~5 hours per week to start, with potential to scale up to 20 hours/week
  • Type: Part-time / Virtual
