Senior Sales Development Representative

Who You Are
The Senior Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential borrowers and commercial loan brokers to generate new lending opportunities. This role will focus on prospecting, outreach, and top-of-funnel qualification, ensuring that warm leads are efficiently passed to senior team members for follow-up and deal review.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating professionally with U.S.-based real estate professionals through email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
What You'll Do1. Lead Research & List Building
- Identify potential borrower and broker leads through LinkedIn, BrokerList, CREXi, and other real estate databases.
- Research company details, contact information, and project types to build accurate lead lists.
Organize leads in spreadsheets or Zoho CRM, segmented by borrower type and geography.
Cold Outreach & Lead Nurturing
Send personalized cold emails using pre-approved templates and messaging cadence.
- Conduct light personalization (e.g., referencing location, property type, or company).
- Manage follow-up sequences using tools through Zoho CRM.
- Forward qualified or interested replies for review by senior staff.
Set up meetings for BDM to nurture new relationships and discuss deal points
Loan Information Gathering & Qualification
Collect and organize borrower-submitted deal details via intake form or email.
- Gather and log key data points:
- Loan amount requested
- Property type and address
- Loan purpose (purchase, refinance, construction, bridge, etc.)
- Estimated property value / LTV
- Borrower entity and ownership type
- Funding timeline and project summary
- Pre-screen for eligibility based on the lending criteria (loan size, property type, position, and purpose).
Tag and prioritize leads as Qualified, Needs Info, or Not a Fit.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain detailed records of outreach activity, responses, and follow-ups.
- Update lead statuses daily (e.g., New, Contacted, Interested, Qualified).
- Track all outreach performance metrics (emails sent, response rate, leads generated).
Provide weekly summary reports on activity and outcomes.
Market & Competitor Research
Monitor real estate trends and identify active brokers or developers.
- Track new projects or property listings that may represent lending opportunities.
- Identify networking events, online groups, or contact lists to expand reach.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or virtual assistant roles.
- Strong written English and ability to communicate professionally with U.S. clients.
- Familiarity with real estate, private lending, or mortgage industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks independently.
