The
Construction Manager (CM) for the MTerra Solar
will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and supervise daily construction for the solar power project site.

·      Oversee subcontractors, site engineers, and construction personnel to ensure alignment with project plans and timelines.

·      Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

·      Coordinate with the project owner, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.

·      Review and approve electrical and construction plans, schedules, and progress reports.

·      Monitor project costs, resources, and materials to maintain budget adherence.

·      Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

·      Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.

·      Provide leadership and mentorship to the construction team.

Job Requirements

·      Licensed Engineer in any relevant discipline preferably Electrical Engineering, but also open to Mechanical, Electronics, Energy, or other related engineering fields with applicable experience in the power or renewable energy sector.

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in renewable energy or power projects.

·      Strong knowledge of electrical systems, project execution, and construction practices.

·      Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple contractors and stakeholders.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·      Willing to be based on-site in Gapan, Nueva Ecija for the project duration.
