Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years solid experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the construction industry.
  • Proven background in managing QA/QC teams for building, infrastructure, or civil works projects

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, materials testing, and inspection procedures.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS and other relevant quality frameworks.
  • Proficient in preparing and reviewing Quality Plans, Method Statements, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and NCR reports.
  • Experienced in conducting site audits, material inspections, and quality documentation control.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • QA/QC Engineer/Manager Certification from a recognized body (e.g., ASQ, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar).
  • Construction Safety and Health Training (DOLE-accredited) certificate.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification (advantage).

Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to implement corrective and preventive actions effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.

Other Requirements:

  • Willing to be assigned on-site as needed.
  • High sense of responsibility and integrity in ensuring compliance to project standards.
