Job Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision or project implementation.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical skills may also be considered.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans.
  • Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Familiar with project documentation and reporting.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering-related software.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must have a PRC License
  • Willing to be assigned or relocated to various project sites.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not always required).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Team player with a sense of responsibility and initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision:
  • Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure alignment with approved plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and progress of work.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and other disciplines for project execution.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly accomplishment reports.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain site records including progress reports, material requests, and site instructions.
  • Assist in quantity estimation and cost monitoring.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Enforce safety procedures and ensure safe working conditions at the site.
  • Report and address any unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
  • Other Duties:
  • Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
  • Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned by the project manager.
