Location: Gapan City, Nueva Ecija

Job Description:

  • Implement and monitor the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control system for all civil and structural works.
  • Conduct site inspections, material testing, and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Review and prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Control Procedures.
  • Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants regarding quality issues and inspection requests.
  • Maintain proper documentation of test results, inspection reports, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to project quality management.
  • Ensure all civil works are executed according to approved drawings and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in QA/QC for civil or structural construction projects
  • Knowledgeable in construction materials testing, concrete works, rebar inspection, formworks, and earthworks
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and documentation procedures
  • With QA/QC Certification or ISO Auditor Certificate (advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation control systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and resolving quality issues
  • Willing to be assigned on project sites
