Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced 
Construction Manager
 to lead the execution of a world-class ground-mounted Solar Power Plant (PV) project. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience completing large-scale solar farm projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and manage all construction activities for the Solar PV project, ensuring alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Oversee site teams, contractors, and subcontractors; ensure efficient resource allocation and productivity.
  • Drive daily project execution, monitor progress, and resolve operational issues to avoid delays and maintain cost discipline.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering designs and construction methodologies.
  • Implement strong safety practices and uphold a culture of compliance and accountability on-site.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and project management teams to ensure smooth workflow and consistent project updates.
  • Support commissioning, handover, and final project completion activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience constructing and completing ground-mounted Solar Power Plant or Solar Farm projects
     (required).
  • Preferably a 
    Licensed Civil Engineer
    .
  • Proven leadership and people management experience, with the ability to supervise large cross-functional site teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site management, and EPC project execution.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work 
    onsite in Nueva Ecija
    .
  • Willing to accept a 
    project-based
     employment term.
  • Free
