The Ultrasound Application Specialist Supervisor leads and oversees a team of Ultrasound Application Specialists. This role is responsible for coordinating training programs, ensuring clinical excellence, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction through quality application support and product education.

Key Responsibilities

A. Team Supervision and Leadership

  1. Supervise and support Ultrasound Application Specialists in their daily activities.

  2. Schedule and assign field support, trainings, and installations based on customer and business needs.

  3. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide coaching to improve skills and efficiency.

  4. Monitor KPIs and ensure departmental goals are met.

B. Clinical Application Support

  1. Assist in advanced ultrasound product demonstrations and applications training for customers.

  2. Ensure the delivery of comprehensive hands-on training sessions and post-sale support.

  3. Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and competency in all ultrasound systems offered.

C. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

  1. Work closely with the Sales team to support pre-sales activities, including customer demos, workshops, and presentations.

  2. Collaborate with Marketing for trade shows, seminars, and educational events.

  3. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help guide product development and strategy.

D. Training and Development

  1. Oversee onboarding and continuous education of Application Specialists.

  2. Develop and update training materials, guides, and protocols.

  3. Organize internal skills workshops and coordinate external training with partner institutions or suppliers.

E. Customer Relationship Management

  1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and overseeing application visits.

  2. Act as an escalation point for application-related concerns or complaints.

  3. Conduct customer follow-ups to assess training effectiveness and satisfaction.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Sonography, or related field.

 Registered Sonographer or licensed Ultrasound Technologist will be advantage

 Minimum 5 years' experience in ultrasound applications, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

 Strong clinical background in general imaging, OB/GYN, vascular, or cardiology.

 Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

 Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of major ultrasound systems (preferably Siemens or other related brands).

 Experience in training and mentoring technical staff.

 Strong presentation and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
