Role: Senior Application Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with end users to investigate, analyze, and document application issues.
  • Take full ownership of incidents and drive them to successful resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps, SRE, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver permanent fixes and enhancements.
  • Strengthen monitoring frameworks and ensure system stability through 24/7 availability (including on-call participation).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform performance, reliability, and security.
  • Work hands-on with leading technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, Docker, and other cloud-native tools.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in Application Support or Technical Support.

  • A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • A strong sense of ownership, integrity, and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong English proficiency.
  • Foundational knowledge of microservice architecture, ITSM tools, and Atlassian products.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (a strong plus).
