DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES A. General Responsibilities 1. Perform group updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies through SAP HCM per personnel. 2. Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed. 3. Prepares and submits updated Personnel Listings/Headcounts and other related reports to Corporate Support Director. 4. Aids and supports others on difficult assignments and/or as directed specially in ESS/MSS portal. 5. Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems providing information requiring comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures 6. Accomplish the MIS/ICT forms that corresponds to the request that deals with SAP HCM specially the authorization issues that needs to be addressed immediately. 7. Conducts group or individual trainings for those who will use the ESS/MSS portal and discuss its features. 8. Supervise the two (2) motorized messengers for daily activities and other departments needs for messengerial services Act as Petty Cash Custodian for the disbursements and replenishments of Petty Cash Funds assigned in Makati Office. B. Functional Consultant (SAP HCM) 1. Helps with development aspects relating to Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Training and Events Management, Employee Self Service, and Manager Self Service. 2. Design and implementation of full solutions (Including testing and UAT Support) 3. Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues. 4. Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required 5. Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required 6. Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available 7. Analysis of business requirements. 8. Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues. 9. Change or Add configurations that are needed by the users by using the SAP HCM per module. 10. Prepares appropriate configuration documents (Change Request, Functional Specifications, Users' Acceptance Testing, and Transport Documents) for approval. C. Documentation 2. Monitors up-dating and confidentiality of the 201 Files. 3. Creates and monitors Employee Information Files and Table of Organization. 4. Processes other Human Resources related documents. D. Others 1. Extend assistance to employees with the availment of SSS/Medical/Philhealth and Pag-ibig claims. 2. Do other duties and responsibilities as maybe assign by the Corporate Support Director.
