Your Role:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day facilities and administration operations, ensuring all processes, standards, and KPIs are met.
- Conduct daily physical site inspections to ensure compliance with facilities, housekeeping, office supplies, and concessionaire standards.
- Supervise facilities and admin associates, managing schedules, attendance, performance, and training.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, fit-outs, renovations, and office expansions.
- Ensure proper implementation of security standards, house rules, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors for cost analysis, contract management, and performance audits to ensure quality deliverables.
- Manage office assets, supplies, and department expense trackers while maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Assist in coordinating with PEZA, LGUs, and other relevant agencies for statutory requirements and compliance.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, complaints, and service requests from internal stakeholders.
- Support sustainable development initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within facilities operations.
What You Need:
Non negotiables
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities and administration management
- Safety Officer 1 (SO1) certification
- Proven experience handling fit-outs, renovations, and vendor coordination
- Background in managing facilities operations in a corporate or BPO environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills
Preferred skills/expertise
- Experience coordinating with building management, PEZA, and LGUs
- Knowledge of asset management, preventive maintenance, and vendor performance auditing
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage emergencies and resolve issues effectively
