Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient running of the office. This role involves managing office procedures, coordinating activities, handling correspondence, and ensuring organizational policies are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders
- Support HR and finance functions when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
