Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle and organize documents, reports, and records such as (but not limited to): daily sales, stock inventory, sales invoice, collection/delivery receipts
  • Handle procurement, inventory, and office supplies management.
  • Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
