JOB SUMMARY:

Provide administrative and clerical support to our Bacolod site. duties include managing paperwork, organizing files, monitoring supplies, and assisting with communication and visitor management. They may also handle timekeeping, prepare reports, and perform other tasks to support the site's operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Document Management

Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital files, including reports, forms, and other documents.

Office Support

Handling tasks like filing, copying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.

Communication

Managing phone calls, emails, and assisting visitors or clients.

Timekeeping and Reporting

May be involved in daily timekeeping for payroll, preparing biometric attendance reports, and generating other reports as needed.

Inventory Management

Monitoring and maintaining stock of necessary supplies at the site.

Other Tasks

Assisting with various administrative duties as assigned by supervisors, such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.

Site-Specific Tasks

May also be involved in tasks like preparing gate passes, vehicle stickers, or other documentation required for our Bacolod site.

Collaboration

Coordinating with other teams, to ensure smooth operations.

Human Resources Support

Assisting with personnel-related tasks, such as managing schedules, tracking attendance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Procurement

Placing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Purchasing

Sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate of any related course.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience and should be in the BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Must be willing to work on-site (Robinson's Cyberscape 2, Mandalagan, Bacolod City) and graveyard schedule (9PM to 6AM).
