Cost U Less Incorporated is a leading provider of interior finishes and furniture, catering to various interior needs. With a strong presence in the market for over 16 years, Cost U Less has been the go-to supplier of office and restaurant furniture in the Philippines.
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Specialist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Admin Specialist include providing support to our Ceo, managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.
Responsibilities of a Admin Specialist;
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and tasks provided by the CEO.
- Update and maintain office document includes but not limit to contractor and vendor contact, lease document, service report.
- Order office supplies, repair materials for maintenance and research new deals and suppliers.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients/tenants for complaints, repair requests, collection of rental fees etc.
- Diagnose, investigate and resolve requests and incidents of a complex nature
- Visual equipment inspection, daily inspection of buildings and request for maintenance, repair service and or creation of job order or assignment of repair to maintenance personnel.
- Maintain records of company business permits, licences, company owned trademarks, perform renewals and filing including obtaining of necessary requirements required for compliance.
- Reports directly to the CEO.
Required Skills and Qualifications for an Admin Specialist
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
- Carrying out all transactions in accordance with policies and procedures
- Relevant university degree or 2 years' related experience and/or training
- Enjoys both taking responsibility and working with a team
- Ability to work in our Makati City Showroom
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Technical, Business, Engineering, Associates, Business/Administration, Management, Communication or other related field is a PLUS
- Fresh Grad/Undergrad or 1-2 years relevant experience in a company dealing in tangible products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
