Salary: Up to ₱25,000 Basic Pay (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin and Background Check Specialist to join our partner's team. This role is responsible for conducting background checks, validating information, and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements. The position is ideal for fresh graduates and career shifters who are eager to build a career in administration, background verification, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform background checks and verification of candidate and employee information (e.g., employment history, education, references, criminal records, etc.).
- Review and validate documents for accuracy and authenticity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal databases and systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies regarding verification requirements.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on verification findings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and confidentiality standards.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (open to fresh graduates).
- Career shifters are encouraged to apply.
