JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answering phones and emails
  • Handling inquiries taking messages and directing calls or emails to the appropriate person or department Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Managing calendars coordinating schedules and sending out invitations Filing and record keeping
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files ensuring easy access to information
  • Data entry and processing Inputting information into databases spreadsheets or other systems
  • Preparing reports and documents, typing formatting and proofreading documents reports and presentations
  • Managing correspondence, drafting and sending emails letters and other communications
  • Greeting visitors and directing them, providing assistance and ensuring a smooth experience for visitors
  • Filling/ Renewal - DOLE/ PCAB
  • DTR or timekeeping
  • Remittances of Mandatory Benefits

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Open for fresh graduates
  • With good communication skills
  • With experience in Microsoft applications
  • Preferably with 1 year experience or less
