JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answering phones and emails
- Handling inquiries taking messages and directing calls or emails to the appropriate person or department Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing calendars coordinating schedules and sending out invitations Filing and record keeping
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files ensuring easy access to information
- Data entry and processing Inputting information into databases spreadsheets or other systems
- Preparing reports and documents, typing formatting and proofreading documents reports and presentations
- Managing correspondence, drafting and sending emails letters and other communications
- Greeting visitors and directing them, providing assistance and ensuring a smooth experience for visitors
- Filling/ Renewal - DOLE/ PCAB
- DTR or timekeeping
- Remittances of Mandatory Benefits
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Open for fresh graduates
- With good communication skills
- With experience in Microsoft applications
- Preferably with 1 year experience or less
