Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Quezon City. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
