Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Officer (Onsite) is responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality in-store customer experience. As a mid-level position, this role combines direct customer interaction with operational support responsibilities. You will handle more complex customer concerns, assist in training and guiding junior CSRs, and help maintain service excellence aligned with the brand's standards of beauty, care, and professionalism.
This role is strictly onsite and plays a key part in bridging frontliner support with leadership direction — ensuring that both customer satisfaction and store service operations run effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide in-person customer support related to product inquiries, returns, exchanges, promotions, and in-store concerns.
- Resolve complex or escalated customer issues professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Assist the Customer Service Head in overseeing day-to-day customer service activities within the store.
- Monitor frontline service quality and ensure adherence to brand service standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Help implement and reinforce standard operating procedures for in-store service.
- Maintain and update customer records, feedback logs, and issue reports accurately.
- Stay updated on product launches, brand updates, and new store policies to support team readiness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: College graduate or equivalent work experience in customer service, business, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of in-store or retail customer service experience, with exposure to handling escalations or guiding junior staff.
- Language: Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills.
- Tools: Familiar with POS systems, store service protocols, and basic reporting tools (Google Sheets, CRM logs, etc.).
- Availability: Must be willing to work onsite full-time, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
