Job Title: Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business growth by managing and developing strategic partnerships with key retail accounts. This role will act as a trusted advisor, execute account strategies, and optimize performance for the CeraVe brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners
  • Develop and execute annual business plans
  • Lead negotiations and secure favorable commercial terms
  • Monitor and analyze account performance (SI & SO)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain)
  • Lead and support retailer-side teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Strong retail, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
