Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business growth by managing and developing strategic partnerships with key retail accounts. This role will act as a trusted advisor, execute account strategies, and optimize performance for the CeraVe brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners
- Develop and execute annual business plans
- Lead negotiations and secure favorable commercial terms
- Monitor and analyze account performance (SI & SO)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain)
- Lead and support retailer-side teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager
- Strong retail, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
