Job Description As a LinkedIn Recruiter with RecruiterFlow experience, you will be responsible for assisting our client in the day-to-day sourcing and recruitment of talent on LinkedIn. Requirements Must have at least a year of relevant experience as a LinkedIn Recruiter or similar role. Must have experience in LinkedIn recruitment (through a recruiter account). Must have experience using RecruiterFlow software. Experience in U.S. recruitment is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Utilize advanced search functionalities on LinkedIn to identify and reach out to potential candidates who match the job requirements. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, keeping track of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process. Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and ensure timely and successful placements. Attributes Excellent English communication skills. Ability to complete projects in a timely manner and quickly adjust to changing circumstances, embracing new technologies, processes, or methods. Great logical and verbal reasoning skills. Exceptionally detail-oriented. Exceptional problem-solving and information-processing skills. Ability to think outside the box. A strong work ethic and interest in learning new concepts and growing with the job. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection. Benefits A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid). A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance). A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work. Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
