We are in need of HR Manager who will focus on employee relations and also spearhead in developing and implementing of policies, process and procedures.

Job Description:

  • Employee Relations: Manages grievances, conflicts resolution, and disciplinary actions to achieve a harmonious workplace environment
  • Recruitment: Oversees the hiring process, including creating job descriptions, onboarding up until offboarding of an employee.
  • Performance management: Manages and tracks employee performance by using metrics.
  • Compensation and benefits: Manages compensation, rewards, and benefits

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or BS Human Relations
  • Must have at least 5 yrs background as HR Head /HR Manager
  • Must have extensive knowledge in all HR facets especially Employee Relations.
  • Must have a strong personality
  • Must be willing to work in BGC
  • Must be willing to work every other Saturday
