About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Wave 2 Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC'. As a Wave 2 CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while adhering to company policies and procedures
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide holistic solutions to customers
  6. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  7. Contribute to the overall improvement of customer service processes and experiences

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and active listening skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
  7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
