Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) with logistics experience to join our growing team. This role requires direct communication with customer representatives and navigation of carrier websites to follow up on delayed shipment pickups. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of documenting responses and reviewing shipment documentation to support resolution and follow-up actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customer representatives regarding shipment concerns.
  • Navigate and utilize carrier websites to track and follow up on delayed pickups.
  • Gather relevant shipment and logistics data for proper documentation.
  • Analyze shipping documents and information to identify next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Typing speed of 50–60 WPM
  • Must be professional and reliable
  • With logistics experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
