GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Logistic Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of import and domestic logistics operations. The role ensures that all inbound and outbound shipments are processed in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner. This includes overseeing shipment scheduling, customs clearance, trucking and delivery coordination, documentation accuracy, vendor management, and cross-departmental logistic support. The Logistics Supervisor also leads the logistics team and ensures high performance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement in logistic processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisor or team lead role
  • Must be physically fit; willing to do site visits and oversee field operations.
