Job Overview:

Sixeleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is looking for fluent Spanish and English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls. The role primarily involves reaching out to and receiving calls from parents of patients to gather necessary information for completing consultation application forms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English.
  • Communicate with parents of patients to collect required details for application processing.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times.
  • Accurately input gathered information into internal systems.
  • Follow call handling procedures and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in managing both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Previous experience assisting Spanish-speaking customers is a strong advantage.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting schedules.
  • Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite in General Santos City.
  • Open to relocating if residing outside the area.
