Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in General Santos City. The Customer Service Representative will handle client inquiries by phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and experience. Duties include resolving customer complaints, providing information about services, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. The role requires a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and ensuring they have a positive experience with the company.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Experience in a similar customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
  • Willing to work on site at our GenSan office UK time
  • Can do inbound and outbound calls
  • 5 yrs experience on handling job between clients
