About the role

Landlite Philippines Corporation is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the company's growth and expansion.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identifies and pursue new sales leads within target markets.
  • Develops and implements effective sales strategies to win new clients.
  • Helps negotiates and closes sales deals, ensuring they are profitable and aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Attends marketing exhibits, roadshows, marketing events and other networking events.
  • Maintains a strong pipeline of potential business and continuously work to expand it.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provides regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast.
  • Continuously seek to improve sales processes and identify new opportunities for growth.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in new business development or a similar sales role in the construction or lighting industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a driven and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Willing to travel locally and work on extended hours.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
