Primary Responsibilities:

1.     Acquire new high-quality agents by developing and negotiating partnerships, contributing directly to New Agent Acquisition targets.

2.     Monitor and improve the First-Month Active output by ensuring new agents are converted and effectively onboarded to bring active players.

3.     Optimize potential agent conversion rate by assessing leads and guiding prospective agents through the activation process.

4.     Develop and implement strategies for direct client acquisition to expand the customer base and revenue streams.

5.     Support team retention and growth by contributing positively to team turnover metrics through collaboration and engagement.

6.     Prepare and submit regular, detailed reports on agent performance, market conditions, and business development progress, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

7.     Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners to execute business development strategies and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and achievement of business goals.
