Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager with expertise in developing and delivering technology-focused training programs, particularly in biometric systems, for government personnel. The ideal candidate will hold an industry-recognized training or instructional design certification (e.g., CPTM or equivalent) and have a proven track record of managing end-to-end training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement training programs for technology solutions, including biometric systems, tailored to government and enterprise environments.
- Conduct training needs assessments and align training strategies with organizational objectives.
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Oversee the development of training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on lab exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure training programs support operational readiness.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and documentation for compliance with government requirements.
- Mentor and supervise training staff to ensure consistent delivery quality.
- Stay updated on emerging training methodologies, instructional technologies, and biometric system advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Industry-recognized training or instructional design certification (e.g., CPTM, CPLP, ATD, CIPD, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and delivering technology training programs, including at least 2 years with biometric systems or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms.
- Proven experience training government personnel or within highly regulated environments.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual labs, and training evaluation metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
