About the role

As the Training Manager for Teleperformance's Makati City office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and development of a dynamic team of mortgage professionals. This full-time position requires experience in the financial/mortgage industry, ensuring you can effectively train and support your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and deliver engaging training programmes to upskill the team on mortgage products, regulations, and best-in-class customer service
  • Monitor and assess the team's performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to continuously enhance training content and keep up with industry changes
  • Identify training needs and implement solutions to address skill gaps
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers, fostering a culture of learning and development
  • Maintain training records and generate reports to track the team's progress and training effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a training or learning and development role, ideally within the financial/mortgage industry
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and best practices in customer service
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage and inspire your audience
  • Ability to analyse training needs, design effective solutions, and measure the impact of training
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team of trainers
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and training-related software
