Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Custodian Follow-Up Specialist to support our records management team. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate follow-up with custodians regarding record requests, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between clients and custodians.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-Up Communication: Make follow-up calls and send communications to custodians to check the status of outstanding record requests.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify delays or issues and escalate requests to appropriate internal or external parties as needed.
  • Rejection Resolution: Investigate and resolve facility rejections by coordinating with custodians and internal teams.
  • Client Support: Submit client questions to custodians when additional information is required to fulfill requests.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communications, escalations, and resolutions in the system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of records.

Requirements:

  • Senior High school graduate
  • At least 6 months of BPO customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
