Job description
We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant who combines strong technical accounting skills with proven customer service experience. This role is ideal for professionals who can maintain compliance while fostering positive, trust-based interactions with clients.
This is an ONSITE ROLE.
Office: ROOM 210, PORTAL WEST BUILDING, DUMAGUETE CITY
Responsibilities:
- Applying payments received from customers to invoices in QuickBooks
- Signing out Inventory in QuickBooks/Inventory Management software
- Assisting with vendor payments and managing accounts payable
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
- Balancing GL accounts
- Basic journal entries

- Excellent numerical and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advance excel and data analysis skills.

Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment processes
- General ledger and reconciliation expertise
- Familiarity with billing procedures, credit memos, and collections practices, bank reconciliations.
- Ability to interpret policies and guide clients accordingly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
