Job description

We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant who combines strong technical accounting skills with proven customer service experience. This role is ideal for professionals who can maintain compliance while fostering positive, trust-based interactions with clients.

This is an ONSITE ROLE.

Office: ROOM 210, PORTAL WEST BUILDING, DUMAGUETE CITY

Responsibilities:

  • Applying payments received from customers to invoices in QuickBooks
  • Signing out Inventory in QuickBooks/Inventory Management software
  • Assisting with vendor payments and managing accounts payable
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
  • Balancing GL accounts
  • Basic journal entries

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent numerical and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advance excel and data analysis skills.

Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • Understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment processes
  • General ledger and reconciliation expertise
  • Familiarity with billing procedures, credit memos, and collections practices, bank reconciliations.
  • Ability to interpret policies and guide clients accordingly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
