Wrkpod is looking for a Tele-Sales Specialist / Technical Sales Representative with a solid mechanical background to join our growing team. If you're technically skilled, customer-focused, and eager to help clients find effective solutions, this role is perfect for you.

Job Description

You will combine technical expertise with relationship-driven sales. Your role will involve helping customers choose the right products, troubleshooting issues, answering technical inquiries, managing accounts, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Mechanical trade or engineering background (qualification preferred)
  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to interpret drawings/specs
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to explain complex mechanical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly way

Preferred:

  • Experience in pumps, hydraulics, HVAC, or industrial equipment
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

Technical Support:

  • Provide guidance on product specs, applications, and solutions
  • Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues
  • Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and training sessions
  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams

Sales & Account Management:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
  • Conduct account reviews for customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records

Collaboration:

  • Provide market insights and customer feedback
  • Support marketing with technical content and product knowledge
