Recruitment Specialist / Consultant

Location : Dumaguete City

Shift : Day Shift

Type : Full time, On Site and Office Based

We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist / Consultant to help us find and screen top talent for our clients. You'll source candidates, conduct phone interviews, manage a candidate database, and support the hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and our ATS
  • Screen CVs and conduct phone and video interviews
  • Match candidates to client roles based on skills and experience
  • Prepare and submit candidate profiles to Account Managers
  • Maintain and update the candidate database
  • Ensure all processes follow recruitment regulations

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume sourcing and calls
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
  • Knowledge of mining, construction, or electrical roles (a plus)

Performance Targets

  • 600 CVs screened and 300 calls made per week
  • 60 pre-screen interviews and 15 candidate submissions weekly
  • 3 successful placements per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
