As a Customer Relations Specialist at AB Group, you'll be the friendly, professional face of our brands—AB Health & Fitness, AB First Aid, and Foodie Fam. You'll manage calls, emails, CRM, and executive/admin tasks, creating exceptional, personalised experiences for our customers every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and CRM communications
  • Support executive tasks including calendar management and meetings
  • Deliver high-touch, personalised customer experiences
  • Collaborate across brands to understand and meet customer needs
  • Optional involvement in The Big S'Cool Walk charity

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years experience in customer service, education, or corporate support
  • Tech-savvy: GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Canva, Meta or similar
  • Friendly, social, proactive—someone who genuinely loves helping people
