JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible in providing operational support by assisting in process documentation, preparing and monitoring production plans, converting training modules into PowerPoint presentations, and maintaining client records with confidentiality. The role also includes handling office requirements and performing other tasks as needed to contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in process documentation and related tasks
- Convert training modules into PowerPoint presentations
- Prepare and monitor production plans
- Maintain and securely file client records
- Provide support in various office requirements
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- No prior work experience required
- Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) & Canva
- Familiarity with flowcharts, swimlanes, and other documentation tools is an advantage
- Skilled in internet research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to learn and work onsite at Ortigas Business Center
- One (1) full-time position available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
