Procurement Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services according to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to procurement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
- Process and track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare procurement reports and assist in analyzing procurement data.
- Support the procurement team with any other tasks or administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work..
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
