Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of operating systems and software applications.
  • Support the setup and management of user accounts, email (M365 or equivalent), and access permissions.
  • Monitor and maintain local area network (LAN), internet connectivity, and basic server functions.
  • Assist in data backup, recovery, and system updates or patching.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, repair, or warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and documentation.
  • Support implementation of IT policies and security measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience as an IT Assistant or in a similar technical support role.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network configurations.
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting, system installation, and user support.
  • Familiarity with M365 administration and antivirus management is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
