Job Overview: Operation Assistant
Work Schedule and Location
- Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 6:00pm at Taipan Head Office
- Saturday | 9:00am to 6pm at Warehouse or MSC (Note: In case Taipan (Head Office) is open during Saturdays, he/she will be stationed at Head Office, not warehouse or MSC
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales and Operations Team and Stakeholders with operational tasks including requests and documentations in coordination with shared support services- IT, Accounting, Audit, AR, Merchandising, Marketing, HR etc, as necessary to address operational requirements
Assist meetings, facilitate project demands and requirements
Forms preparation
File maintenance and management of all Operations documents: Mall Contracts, Trade Agreements, other pertinent documents
Ordering of store supplies – new store opening, events, pocket activations
Request and pullout of POS, EFT's (Card terminals)
Sales Report consolidation- daily, weekly, monthly
MMS Transfers receiving
CCTV monitoring
Other Adhoc Tasks that may be asked from time to time
Assisting in consumer events
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree Graduate
· At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word document
· Detail-oriented and organized,
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Office-based; must be comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment
· Open minded and willing to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
