Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily business operations. The role is primarily administrative and involves coordinating with suppliers, handling procurement tasks, and providing overall support to the management and clients. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Call and coordinate with suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and procurement needs.
- Source materials, vendors, and service providers as required by the company.
- Act as a point of contact and representative for clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Assist in documentation, scheduling, and report preparation for management.
- Monitor office supplies, inventory, and other operational requirements.
- Support different departments with general office and administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
