OBJECTIVES:
To support the Sales & Marketing department, the Room Sales section in particular, by adhering to the sales manual and policies in handling room sales consequently maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with the quality service prior to, during, and after the event, thereby contributing to the realization of the forecasts and moreso, the budget.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for attaining the set monthly and annual sales goals of the company and works towards achieving them thru coordinating and negotiation processes, ensuring effective communication with clients and efficient coordination with the departments concerned, keeping files for traces and future references, extending assistance to the clients to ensure the success of each booking as per the standards.
1. Product and Market Knowledge
- Has knowledge of hotel properties
2. Basic Sales Administrative Function
- Closely monitors and follows up with clients for booking confirmations.
- Close Coordination with other departments for specific requirements on accommodation and function.
- Maintains an accurate and current profile of updated account listings
- Ensures achievement of sales goal target
- Competitiveness
- Received telephone and walk-in inquires
- Accomodates phone-in and walk in client
- Self-awareness and development of telephone etiquettes and customer service
3. Customer Relationship Building
- Calls and visit clients
- Establishes, develops, and maintains good relationships with VIPs, managers, and secretaries of corporate accounts.
- Organizes sales promotional activities as assigned (e.g. blitzes, top accounts/ LSG cocktails, etc.)
4. After-Sales Responsibilities
- Observed after-sales responsibilities for extra mileage
5. Reports and Deadlines
- Accomplishes the following reports and submits them on assigned deadlines.
6. Others
- Observed proper decorum ad posture at all times.
- Maintains good grooming and personal cleanliness at all times.
- Attends all scheduled meetings of the department and the monthly general meetings and kingdom-building activities.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned to him by his immediate superior, department head, and General Manager.
- Keenly observed guest needs wants, and expectations and relayed them to immediate officers for immediate action taking.
- Handles guests' complaints professionally by protecting company interest as a priority, and ensure that all complaints are relayed to the immediate head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
