Sales Forwarding Manager

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding (air, sea, land) and customs brokerage processes.
  • Proven ability to manage B2B sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
  • Solid understanding of local and international trade regulations.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and account retention skills.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, planning, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Others:

  • Must be willing to travel locally and internationally if required.
  • Has an existing network of contacts in the shipping, freight, and logistics industry (preferred).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
