Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive revenue growth. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to meet targets and deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand the company's reach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with experience in digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
